Tips for preparing to buy a home this spring


Congratulations on your decision to purchase a home! The home buying process can be overwhelming but with the right preparation, it can be a smooth and rewarding experience. Here is a list of tasks to get your started. 

Check all the credit agency credit reports and correct any errors, remove any bad debt that is over 7 years old (it should automatically fall off but if it does not, have it removed). You are entitled to receive a free copy of your credit report once very year.  Trans Union,  Equifax   Experian
