Check out my summer 2022 photos. Real Estate slowed down a bit this summer, as compared to the previous two summers. I think everyone just wanted to enjoy life, get back some normalcy and take some much need stress free vacation time. For me, I spent most of my time at home in Cambridge, working with clients and planning for fall market. I did make it to my family home on Martha’s Vineyard and had a wonderful time….doing nothing! Summer 2022 photos from my vacation.
Planning a Move?
Now that summer is over, if you are thinking if buying or selling a home this fall, then now is the time to jump on it. Check out Check out Move Meter to compare locations. It is a great tool to use to compare areas based on affordability, average home prices and much more. If you want to know sales stats for a specific location just let me know which cities and towns.
If you are planning to sell start decluttering, making the necessary home improvements and paint if needed. Your agent should provide you with a plan to prepare your home for sale and can refer you to vendors as needed. Preparing your home might feel like a lot of work, and it is, however it will pay off. Homes prepped and staged well sell faster and often for over asking. For more details and a plan, reach out to schedule a meeting and lets get your home sold and you off to your next home. Hoping everyone had a stress free and joyful summer.
Keep checking my blog for helpful tips and insights into market activity and of course, enjoy the photos.
